Great app!

I recently sent an item via UPS using the packed slip that GOAT, but I encountered a frustrating issue. The package was handed to a UPS employee, properly taped and in good condition, yet the receiving side claimed there was damage to the box and that item wasn’t in box. As a result, I was never compensated, and the buyer didn’t receive their item. It doesn't make sense to me that I am left with a loss—neither the buyer gets their product, nor do I get paid out, even though box is insured for such cases. It seems there’s no real protection for the seller. Be cautious if you're selling in this platform. This is the first time this has happened.

I ordered 2 not guts capsule 10 Hellstar shirts the first one showed up and scanned to the wrong website meaning it was not real I contacted them they assured me the would double check the second one when it showed up I was the first scan the shirt ever had and it was the wrong website again obviously they accepted both returns but only gave goat credit back so now I’m forced to spend my money on the site still and out over $500

If theres anything wrong with your package they’re not going to care.

Goat is money hungry, I wouldn't sell with them. Honestly I wouldn't buy from them either, everything they have StockX has too👎🏽

Favorite app

Used to like the previous version of the app. The new update is just bad. Can’t understand the difference between wants, owns and sell pages - too confusing. Info takes multiple hops to get to and there is just too much info in one page that it looks cluttered. Not intuitive at all. Please revert it or update it to make it better.

The prices on goat might be lower but they are not good, after buying a 200$ shoe and waiting days for it they have almost no support team and expect you to pay for the shipping from the mistake THEY made. And made the last page super hard to navigate

I suppose it isn’t TECHNICALLY theft. But I’ve never had an online retailer take almost $100 from me in order to return something. And they certainly weren’t charging for SPEED either. This is the messiest, slowest shopping experience I’ve ever had. Already deleted this app. ICK.

I need to be a little bit more faster in the processes

Shipping was quick and easy to understand how the app worked the item was as promised definitely would use this app again.

I ordered baseball cleats for my son, over a week later I get an email saying my order was cancelled and they tried multiple vendors. Now I have to scramble to get metal cleats before his first game. Buyer beware!!!

GOAT went from my favorite shoe store to the biggest scam app ever. They charged me twice without delivering my items. Their customer service is useless—no replies, no help, just silence. It’s like talking to a wall. They take your money and give you nothing in return. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid GOAT at all costs.

this is the 5 brand new item i have shipped ans had to pay for return. $15 a pop is robbery. BUYER should cover shipping since they changed their mind.

When I couldn’t find the sneakers anywhere in the store I was able to find the sneaker and size I wanted here. Always have the exclusives in stock!

Haven’t use this service for awhile, now the delivery services are bad and expensive and I had some shoes in storage now I can’t find them in my account!

I ordered a pair of "Malbon X New Balance 997G 'White Green'" Golf shoes for $159. Over the course of 1 month, the name of the shoe changed to "New Balance 997G 'Masters'", I didn't think much of it until I noticed that the price has changed as well, it went from costing $159 to $2.3k! I waited and waited and by the time it reached GOAT HQ, the app told me the shipment was delayed. I don't mind waiting, but as I waited longer it started to worry me. Now after waiting 20 days for my order to even be verified, my order was cancelled and no explanation of why it was cancelled. Knowing this, why would I trust that the next time I order shoes that they will ever arrive and have to worry about my money being stolen. This is very scam-like and I will not be using the app no longer.

I order something off your website now it’s telling my address is incorrect I have ordered stuff off your app and I even check my tracking details it’s the same information I put for other orders I’ve done but it’s only this one that’s not working

They don’t have live customer service and reply email so slow

Doing a drop week releasing impossible to get shoes with non stop notifications. I don’t think I’ve ever been so annoyed with an app before. It was completely unrealistic that anyone could actually buy something. You have the same chance of buying shoes as winning the actual lottery.

Why did they get rid of the calendar

Simply stated, GOAT will send you defective shoes labeled as “New” and won’t allow you to return them for an actual FULL refund. They charge a restocking fee and will issue store credit meaning you’ll have to trust them and buy another pair of shoes. So every transaction results in you losing even more money because they lack integrity. It only took one transaction for me to learn I will never do business with them again.
