Air Goat is stuck on the cloud. There is no support when you have a problem. No live support, just email. You can message and email all you want but when they have your money. You are on your own.

To be quite frank, this app is amazing. Its definitely one of the smoothest sneakers apps, in terms of performance and availability of shoes, Ive ever used. The app is easy to use, the availability of the various products offered is exceptional, and the process of transactions is very reliable. I would recommend this app to anybody that considers themselves a sneaker head, and anyone who just simply loves sneakers!

Its a good app to see what your looking for in shoes and it also keeps you up to date on whats new I havent bought anything yet so I dont know about the packaging but its a wonderful app to get.

They sent me fake shoes. I ordered Playoff 12s and the leather is fake, size tag is in the wrong place, and both metal lace holes at the top are fake.

Ive now bought and sold shoes using GOAT and having them as a middleman is the most reassuring feeling. One pair of sneakers I bought had a damaged box and GOAT reached out to me to ask me if i still wanted them, then provided me with a $5 discount. Cant imagine buying off-the-market shoes anywhere else.
